Donation campaigns for mosque finance teams

Campaign setup is intentionally gated to finance-capable roles, with amount normalisation and tenant-scoped storage.

Suggested amounts, target amount and restricted-fund labels are stored with each campaign.
Monthly giving can be enabled per campaign.
Campaigns can be rendered on tenant-site donation blocks with donor-scoped public checkout throttling.
Succeeded one-off donations and recorded monthly donation invoices can send idempotent donor receipts from the verified mosque sender domain or MAS fallback sender.

Monthly donor review before live cancellation

Recurring Stripe invoice rows are grouped into monthly donor subscription summaries in the tenant workspace so finance users can review history, record cancellation requests and verify provider metadata.

Rows are scoped by tenant and Stripe subscription id.
The workspace shows donor, campaign, amount, invoice count, last gift and total recorded amount.
Stripe app, purpose and tenant metadata must match before any provider side effect can be considered.
Cancellation notes and provider verification results are stored as MAS audit state; production-enabled live cancellation remains a controlled follow-up.

Gift Aid evidence before direct HMRC submission

The current implementation focuses on trustworthy evidence collection, CSV export, draft HMRC XML, response-readiness records and correction package audit visibility before adding direct XML/API filing.

Gift Aid declarations are stored with donor details and declaration text version.
Claim previews exclude incomplete, out-of-period or already-claimed donations.
Draft claim batches record the MAS Gift Aid retention policy version and evidence review date.
The workspace lists due or legacy claim batches for manual finance review and explicit retain/redact export actions.
Draft claim batches can be exported as CSV evidence, downloaded as draft HMRC XML, annotated with manual/test HMRC response outcomes, and marked with correction package rebuild audit details.

Does MAS support monthly donations?

The foundation creates Stripe Checkout Sessions in subscription mode for campaigns that allow monthly giving, stores paid recurring invoices as tenant donations, and lets finance users record MAS-side cancellation requests plus provider metadata checks. Production-enabling live Stripe cancellation and donor self-service are still pending.

Does MAS submit Gift Aid directly to HMRC?

Not yet. Claim review, CSV export, draft HMRC XML generation, manual/test response recording and correction package visibility are live foundations; direct HMRC XML/API filing is a pending follow-up.
